my recommendation is get some.
the first few times i went to rom i rode without, but was encouraged by the old boys to get padded out.

i bought myself some WeThePeople elbow and knee pads.  The first time i wore them, i came off and felt myself land on a knee and an elbow quite hard.  There and then, they paid for themselves.

I have got so used to wearing them now, I feel naked riding without them.

I'd go for this as well. I wear them and they have saved me untold injuries.

i used to knock about on a motorbike and have seen the after effects of not having a full face helmet there, personally i dont think it's worth wearing anything else but full face  :(,

as for elbow and knee pads im deffo gonna get some :daumenhoch:

i currently don't wear a full face.  i guess i'll get one once i break my jaw and / or knock some teeth out.  :uglystupid2:

the thing is, where do you stop?  You can continuosly pad yourself out to the max, but does the movement restriction also become the cause of slams?

however, i currently wear elbow pads, knee pads, shin guards and open face lid.  i do think a full face would be safer, but at the same time may restrict my view.  you pays your money you takes your choice....

As i'm going to get back in the saddle and try to recreate the tricks of my youth, I think i'll get some of this too. I have a feeling i'm going to need it!  :LolLolLolLol:
