God i love my job playing with paint
« on: November 09, 2009, 08:18 PM »
been on a demo day today with a bloke from from one of my paint suppliers with some  """"""CHROME PAINT """""  that goes on anything
its a 14 coat system . when i paint my 1st demo he gave me a polish cloth about 10 seconds after i finished my last chrome coat and said
right now polish it  ??? .so i did and i was lost for words  AMAZING CHROME OUT OF A SPRAY GUN ..the only down side we used a HS lacquer
which takes the chrome affect away  a bit .....BUT i think if i try a 1 pak lacquer it might keep its mirror affect

I had a set of Pro Class rims powder coated in Chrome last week.  :4_17_5:
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.
