Try this link !!! CLICKETY CLICK !!!

If you're using 20" rims use:

 - 194mm spokes with lo-flange hubs
 - 184mm spokes with hi-flange hubs

Cheers

182mm spokes should be OK to use with hi-flange hubs . . . the cross pattern will be a little tighter

You may need to use long spoke nipples . . . just to make sure . . . !!!

Build one side of a wheel first and make sure there is enough spoke slack to centralise the hub before you lace the other side

Hope this helps

Steve
