Just wanted to say a big thanks to my knights in shining (and orange) armour for picking me up off the deck today, i dont think i've ever seen 796 n Nishiki move so quick

that kicked in last night mate, me thigh is starting to resemble Rattys after his Daggerz crash, attractive, when i moaned i was aching last night the reaction i got was "you're creaking like a right old bitch"

, seriously hope your ok Nik , after my disapointing dismount my shoulder has turned a bit stiff overnight but i look at it this way if I hurt, I know I'm still racing
