Its actually a 1984 model the serial number on the drop is 5840022 and it has a small capital e stamped underneith.Guess it could be quite rare and only paid £20 for it.Gonna get it powder coated white (maybe) then source the origial parts,at the moment its got a mongoose bb and crank,gt layback seat post,araya rims,suntour powerstem the brakes are early dia compe and the pedals are shimano dx.Dont realy know the origianl spec so need to gets some tips on what it had in 84.Cheers.

The capital E denotes that it's an expert size frame. The first 3 numbers denote month (june) and Year (1984). 

Pretty rare I'd say. Get it resto'd and keep it. It'll be no good to actually ride as it'll be far too small.
