can anyone tell me what the best crank is for a freestyle bmx Old Skool  :-\

is it 1 piece or 3 piece

That depends on how many $$$$$$$$$$ you have or what you rode back then. I had both 1 piece Takagi's (there the only ones I never bent) and I had 1st gen Flights on my Supergoose. I still have them. If I could afford them, I'd have flights or Profiles on every bike I own.

most riders run 1pc, right into the 90's
