1984 Profile Prostyler
« on: March 05, 2015, 04:21 PM »
A lot of to and fro'ing on this to get it looking right for me but the outcome is better than I could have imagined.

I didn't like the original Prostyler decals, so I asked the Master to see if he could create some custom decals how I would like them. Well, he could, and did. Thanks buddy  :)

I also didn't want to go down the road like most others, by fitting all the Profile products that were available when this was released, mainly the cranks and bars, and opting to choose what you see now. The bars are rare Powerlite XT Freestyle bars, which took a while to pry out of my mates hands, and the cranks are Anlun, complete with the Suntour BB.

Anyway guys, here it is. Some items are NOS and others are good used.

1984 Profile Prostyler Frame and Fork with custom decals,
Tioga BTII with brass bearing cases,
Tange Headlock,
Powerlite XT Freestyle Bars,
Profile Lockjaw Stem,
Oakley B2 Grips,
Dia-Compe Tech 3 Levers,
Dia-Compe Cables,
Dia-Compe MX1000 Calipers,
Skyway Tuff pads,
Bullseye Hubs,
Chrome Ukai Speedlines,
Anlun Cranks,
Suntour Sealed BB,
Tuf Neck Chainring,
ACS Stoker Pedals,
Anlun Orbital seat clamp,
Pro Neck Seat Post,
Kashimax Aero,
Tioga Comp ST Tyres.

Thanks bro   :-[  :-*

This has been my longest build to present which started in 2013 with the seat clamp  ;D  I had it almost done and was stuck on the bars, persuading my buddy to let me have them. He finally caved in  :coolsmiley:

The next thing is to ride it I guess bro  :daumenhoch:

If in doubt flat out.

This is amazing ... One of the best builds we've seen in ages!  :4_17_5: "wantit" :smitten:
Why ? ...

1. Really interesting frameset
2. Super balance of colours
3. Some great and varied parts which is refreshing to see rather than the 'usual' stock bits that we all normally use.

Love those Stoker pedals , Anlun cranks etc,etc
