Spider BCD's, tiny ring shortage!
« on: January 06, 2015, 08:40 PM »
Is there a shortage of the smaller bcd chain rings

As far as I know mine is a 110bcd the other being 130bcd iirc

All I bloody want is a rider condition alloy 43/44t to finish this, and all anyone's got is the larger 130bcd rings.

Attached a pic of my tiny spider that needs a small ring, oo er

Wasnt alot of chain rings both?
I might still have a blue Suntour ring that I painted black somewhere. Think its got 42t.
Are you after any particular colour?

The 44t one is 110 BCD, I have two, One old school one and a new school one. Here's some pics.

No idea on make, Looks like someone has had a go at removing anno already. I reckon a caustic soda bath and a polish will be fine. You can see black inside the holes and by the teeth.
This NS one I think came on a 2004 GT race bike I bought new.

Hardly used before I swapped it out.
If you want either of them LMK. Price wise say £4 each posted.

Think it came with a FSA sprocket I bought.
Would it be possible to scan it and upload it so people can print it off. Only problem is making sure it stays the correct size. I'm in no way a computer genius :-[
