De-anodising dilemma
« on: April 07, 2013, 03:33 PM »

I would like silver for a particular build so thought I would strip these:

But now I cant bring myself to do it!! They sort of look good on it in a kind of unexpected way...! What would you do...?!

Are you after a slap ?

Or even a dry bummin  :-*

Stick these on till some others turn up

Becuase you want bushed finish you can get a set of "used" cages and lightly linish them to give you a "NOS" look
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

Could you not just breath on them allowing the color change to occur momentarily so you can see how they look ... corrosion and mold might be an issue tho..  :-\
