These bikes should have been called 'The Iron Brew', because they look like they were made in Scotland from girders!!  ;D

fantastic bikes no doubt about it, the Dale enterprise wheels along with the webco mags are my favourite vintage mags. I dont have a frame but have everything else in the pic, I'm sure I read somewhere that Bob Haros first BMX was indee a Two wheeler stroker 2so they cant be that bad right.

there's no doubt that they bike looks good, i do really like the wheels. but there again i also like lester's and motomag wheels.

they just add alot of weight to the bike, plus if the frame is rather sturdy it all add's up.

i only noticed the weight of my motomag when i was carrying it out the garage over the other stuff, once you start riding it , it was a good ride. just wouldn't want to do anything to adventurous on it.

Ricks bike shop had the 1st hardtail BMX which was a Redline, jeff now ownes it.  like all builds in the 70s weight saving was never top of the list, unless your name was Scott. If you think this is heavy you should see my mono shock, propper weight that.

Ther was a 2 wheel stroker frameset on Oz EBay the other week, I was going to bid but forgot about it.  :idiot2: went for about $230AU if I remember correctly.

Ash, your right mate, the E Dale and Webco mags are gorgeous. :smitten:
