Anyone got any info on these?  I think they were a low-end bike but that's about all I know!!  Thanks in advance!   :)

It was Kuwahara's low end bike, hence the F&F does'nt look like a normal Kuwahara.

There were two versions:
1) Kuwahara Scamp
2) Kuwahara Scamp CB

I think the CB model may have been 4130.  :-\

The Kuwahara Hopper replaced this model.

I'm sure other Kuwahara experts will be along if they know anything.

85/86 entry level bikes made, i believe, by Anlun.

The only difference between the models was that the CB had a coaster brake :daumenhoch:

As mentioned above it was replace in 87 by the Hopper

CB = Coaster Brake  :daumenhoch:

I'm interested now.
Are they 4130 or Steel?  :-\
Is there any Anlun stamps on them? As I too thought there was a link to Anlun but was'nt sure.

I have a feeling the main tubes are cro-mo only, but not 100% on that.

Not sure if there are any Anlun stamping. I think the serial's are different from normal kuwie ones and the rear drops have the anlun style triangular hole

Thanks for the replies and info guys!   :daumenhoch:

Looking at those in the Museum, some are stated to be cro-mo, some not, which I guess shows the lack of decent info on these.
