My seat is mint but the gold writing is worn, how do I get the rest off ?

cotton bud and bit of bleach - cilit bang and slight rub with cotton bud  ;)

well i've done adams seats before and it took it right off in seconds

I've not had to try, just sounded too easy.

I guess you can still see the mark where it was, surely that would need some form of sanding  ??? i.e. if you was changing from Diamondback to Kashimax or visa versa, of even if you didn't want anything.

i don't know how they print them on there - but maybe with some heat to leave a in-print

light sand with a high grade wet/drt paper 1200 or a car polish and rub down - then buff off to a shine to match

I bleached a white Kashi Aero and by fook that got the lettering off! :-[

I've wondered has anyone been succesful removing the gold lettering on a suede seat before ,, without leavung a trace

Would just using a suede brush on it work ?

Any use of a chemicals might make a change on the material colour

so you have to think what will loosen the gold without a change in colour or wear away the suede

hard to say mate  ???

and if you remove the lettering - will it not show what was there before ? what are you going to put in it's place ?

leave it to soak in boiling hot water then just rub it off  :daumenhoch: anyone that has tried to dye a kashi then wipe the seat to quick before it's cooled will tell you this way will work  :2funny:
