Hi ya bud,

can you also rivet the quick releases onto MX900's?

I've got a new quick release coming soon but I need to find somebody to fit it.

Cheers,

Giles  :daumenhoch:

Steve, I was only discussing this the other day with Hootski. I've got an MX900 arm and a new QR from Porkchop to fit into it........... do you fancy having a practice on it for me ???

I'll bring it to the Christmas do at Terminal One if I don't get a chance to sort it before as it need stripping and polishing first as it's a faded black arm and needs to be silver :daumenhoch:

Cheers bud

Have you had any practice on Odyssey levers? Is there a measurement that I could check?
Cheers

Spen. Did you manage to get your quick releases done? I have a rear dc mx 900 that needs the quick release replacing. Can it be done using this rivet tool?

Senile :knuppel2: :knuppel2:

I was in the pub where you sad muppets should have been :LolLolLolLol:

Steve, Sid still has the caliper as he was sorting out the nasty powdercoating on it first mate - I haven't seen him since before christmas as he keeps coming up with excuses why he's not allowed out to play on ramp nights anymore...... :2funny:

I'll get it down to you as soon as I get it back off him bud :coolsmiley:

Once it's fixed I can drill those undrilled MRD race forks of mine to fit it on my daughter's bike :buck2: :buck2:   >:D >:D :idiot2:

Centre punch the centre of the rear of the rivet (opposite end 2 the domb ) then very carefully drill it with a drill bit larger that the head of the rivet . Very slowly tho or if the drill grips it will damage and drill a large mashed hole in the lever, which u don't want . Then just tap the rivet out  :daumenhoch:  Will check them measures 4 ya when I get a min  ;)
