Skatepark etiquette?

Seems to have completely dissapeared, worst culprits are the kids on those fooking scooters...  :2gunsfiring_v1:

That's what tailwhips are for, crashing into the fookers  ;)

Its called lack of respect and the fact that parents don't instil discipline and expect their kids to raise themselves.

Really foooks me off too bud, I took Isabella to the park where they had one of those little council skate park jobbies.....I lost it with a couple of scrots on scooters as well  :knuppel2:
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

I found that, I had a scooter when not many people had them, I sold it because I hated the way riders acted on them, they're worse than skateboarders! :tickedoff:

back in '87 when i was a grom, you didn't dare snake in or it would be a a verbal beating from the big lads or even a puch

when you were on a ramp yes there was snaking but it worked it's self out in the end

bmx's and skaters always had a thing against each other for getting in the way

then at our local we all started getting on and respecting each other with it working out that the park was big enough

it was the little groms that were shouted for being in the way - scootec kids never learnt the unwritten rules

now it seems that the respect of the elders has gone out the window  ::)

the old surf laws are now gone

it also work that you can't hit the kids in the street and so it works the same on the park they think - just that they don't think and haven't learnt that a bmx coming back into a quarter pipe and a little kid crossing in front of him won't hurt - well not for long before it knocks him out or kills him (like a big rig punching a cow on the road )

it seems a shame that the old rules have gone and that a swift Punch and a bollocking has lost it's meaning for them to learn - worked in my day and made the parka better place and a safer place

cheers B - OLD SCHOOL RULES  >:D
The Devil is away on business, I'm having to step in for him - How can I make your day Hell !!!

Just stare them out, old school style. They don't know how to react.
