Seat rails: popping them back in...
« on: May 25, 2010, 09:25 PM »
Hi,

great day on Sunday, riding the new Hereford track... apart from my big 2m face grind down the start hill due to excessive handle bar wiggling in order to try and get lots of speed to beat a 14 year old in a pump race...

...and my seat rails coming out in said crash...anyone got any good tips on getting the buggers back in?

Pop the seat in very hot water to make it pliable and then try and pop them back in  :daumenhoch:

Better to crash and burn than fade away
