Stephen Dalet.  Only I seem to remember him. Meanwhile Gardens and Rom regular, always rode with Marco Lara.  If there'd been a definition of tech back in 82-83, then it would have been a picture of him   :4_17_5:

Rob was this the guy who used to hang out in Alpine action in Notting Hill? Was in BMX action bike with another guy, both in Haro gear doing tailwhips? Feature on the first Potts mod bolts.

Also
Chris Young
Rob Bell
Paul Davies? (Pikey)

Jeez Gary that was quick! You on stand by at the scanner with a stack of bmx mags, thats the pic! :daumenhoch: Still not sure if one of those is Stephen Dalet though.

I was just gonna say that.  Mason is a miniramp god, he ruled the roost through the 90s along with one or two others   :)

Mason was at the RAD Xmas session at Creation last year. He was kickin it on the mini! Still so good!

John Povah  :daumenhoch:
He may be a forgotten rider but the shoe is on the other foot now!  :LolLolLolLol:
(He is the Enties BMX Team Manager, and still rides)

Funny you should mention John Povah today. I was chatting to Simon Tabron last night. He is in the States at the moment on the Dew Tour and he told me he's just come back from having dinner with John that evening....

I bet he's still got an anorak LOL!  Lee Shurey and I knew John many, many years ago in fact John bought Lee's old quarterpipe that we nailed together with sheets of ply knicked from various building sites in north Hillingdon  :LolLolLolLol:  I rode with him and Boyd Walker a hell of a lot bitd  ;).

Yes, i gave him a go on my bike at holeshot 87 and some kids that were hanging around outside put a knife to him and took the bike, fair play if it was a decent bike but it was a an ammaco styler 500 for fooks sake.

Yeah - check the graffiti on the resi wall! There's a lot less of it!
I think my pic is from '88, yours would be 90/91.
