HUTCH XL24 FINISHED AT LONG LAST
« on: January 22, 2007, 06:14 PM »
Here you go, the pads came the other day so its finished although the chainwheel will be chainged to a black one very soon.

I have had the F&F since 1990 when I bought it of Hutch Factory ride Ashley Duffy. It had the chrome rims, Hutch bars also.
The Aero speeds were scored back in 98' for an undisclosed sum that would make your eyes water!  ;), the hubs shorlty after and the rest just here and there.

The IBMXF World Championship plate is original and came from Melanie Vauvelle, I believe she got it from either Tim Judge or Steve Veltman after the World in Holland (cant remember the year at the moment!).

Scott

NO it was Ashleys. £110 I paid for it. Jason rode a Jag cruiser painted in Raleigh colours that was once owned by Darren Woods.
I bought if off Jason a coupl of years ago fo the parts, Andy Lincoln later bought the F&F before selling it to Diesel last year.
Diesel is working on it as we speek and I'm sure its gonna be a real treat.

I have a picture from Knottingley with myselft on a Redline PL24, Neal Wood on his GT24, Ian Frobisher on his Rebel, Jason Duffy
on his Jag and Ashley on the Hutch. It s a classic shot, will try and find it along with others of me winning a UK National at Tamworth!

Cheers JJ

No one likes a show-off..... :yahoo_silent:

But really that's beautiful, a decent Hutch does it for me more than anything, and you've built a right cracker there, perfect. :daumenhoch:

yours sincerely,

a green eyed monster

BTW, are the pads readily available repops, if so would you mind telling where?
