Just been out on my quad today, its the first time i have ridden since i snapped my leg back in march. the doc told me it would be a least 14 month befor i could ride again, what do they know

. im buzzing to fook. bring on the next ride. ooooooosh

just a little heads up,my daugters boyfriend snapped his leg in march this year,started running last month training
doing well,then whilst walking it snapped the old fracture so todays his first day home in full cast...just be carefull he was taking it easy and pop.

, totally know how you feel mate, been out of action for a month now with suspected slipped disc and muscle spasms..fookin' agony mate...doped up all day and going out of my mind

bought an orange streetbeat f&f off retrodan and the only thing keeping me going is sourcing parts and the thought I'll eventually get to ride her
