Does anyone have a solution (other than BIG HAMMER) to removing bearings and cups (Redline twin pinch).
I've sold an F&F and wanted to remove them
or
Is it just easier to leave em in and pass on a bit of BMX love

what i do is use an extension bar from a socket set, put it through and against the cup (inside) then tap away with a hammer....works a treat
or leave em in and spread the luurve
