Has anyone ever tried using Dylon that comes in sachets,it's labelled"DYLON VELVET BLACK FABRIC DYE"it's in a sachet that looks like a pouch of cat food!!

Didn't work for me as it wasn't a hot water dye. Try Rit Dye on ebay, superb stuff  :daumenhoch:

Do I take it that the RIT dye is much better than the dylon stuff ? Got some grips partially dyed black with Dylon. Wonder if the Rit stuff would do a better job ?

them tuffs look nice, this is probably a dumb one but does the dye actually penetrate the plastic ,(zytel ?  fibreglass? if thats what there made of)  or is only on the surface? does it take the same on new tuffs ?
