Specialized Vegas frame...any good?

pulled the frame out of a skip at work, it's errrrmmm, beefy to say the least.

is it just fit for throwing back into the skip? or is it anygood.

Is it full cromo or one of the lower end boat anchors?

ah, only the main tubes are chromo.

it is a boat anchor for sure. lol.

cut the back end of it off any weld it to a sturdy base, use it as a wheel truing stand, thats what i did.
