Kuwahara Laserlite
« on: February 26, 2006, 01:35 PM »
Here is my 1983 Kuwahara Laserlite . . . Oval Top and Down Tube Model . . .  :D

This is the bike that got me back into BMX and collecting bikes. I have owned this for a long time now and I've been changing bits over the years and I'm now happy with the finished result

WHAT DO YOU THINK ?

Specifications:

- Kuwahara Laser Bars
- Laser Post
- Araya Shinesides
- Tioga Comp III'S
- Suntour VX Cranks
- Suntour XC II Pedals
- Suntour Headlock
- Suntour Stem
- Suntour Seatclamp
- Elina Lightning Bolt Seat

Cheers

Got talking to an old BMX friend in the Pub last night, who sold his Lazerlite in 86 for £25 to insure his "fizzy"  :'( Ad Nice bike by the way, top build.

Lovely. I remember going into OT Cycles when they came out and there was a complete bike there just out of the box. £399 I think. Yours looks exactly the same.
