I'm sure I used a Sugino spider with single pinch in the past.Think I had to grind down the top hat washer. Using a Tuff neck disc at the moment. But cant get to one of the bolts without moving the crank arm :tickedoff:


Just looked through my bucket account and it was a one piece crank when I used the spider on my Robby.

Ive always used a spider on my flites, shouldnt be a problem using a spider. You might have to grind the top hat washer a bit to fit snugly. :daumenhoch:

I think you are supposed to fit the top hat washer on the outside face of the spider rather than the inside so you don't have to grind it down.  It's on the Redline Flight crank fitting instructions I think...
