Try this with a hacksaw and you will understand the meaning of hardened steel.  :2funny:

Buy decent allen keys & you won't have to  :daumenhoch:

I use the Bondhus ones they are the best, they last forever  8)

Ill secong that i use them at work, 3 years of using a 6mm Bondhus every day and its still perfect. They will also swap for a new one if you manage top mangle one FOC to.

This is how i extract chewed up allen heads,take a metal blade  put it in a hacksaw make sure its in the right way teeth facing the right way and cut a slit in the allen head then get a screwdriver and turn out as you would take out a screw ...job done.

Easier way is to hammer a torx head into the allen head and undo  :daumenhoch:

them are easy outs.......thats when one snaps the head off completely ....still good to have in ones toolbox.

i used a hacksaw, and it was no probs, maybe my blade was on the correct way? ;D
