How do you lot do it without scratching it?

Need to widen my Tuf Neck clamp...

 i use a mini flap wheel and alot of masking tape just run the flap wheel around the inside of clamp, if you want one i have a spare here you can have ;),or if you dont want to do it this way try a small wooden wedge to open seat clamp slot up then it should slide over frame ;)
