Still not finished my Ammaco build, need a seatpost, looks like the sizes are 1" Is a 1" seatpost, with a 1 1/8" clamp an old standard ? e.g. from 1985 ?

Sounds right to me-OS post=22.2mm needs a 25.4mm clamp.

Yep, measure your Seat Tube.
If its measures to 1" or 25.4mm then you'll need a 7/8" or 22.2m Seatpost and it will use a 1" Seat Clamp.
