Hope you enjoy......
All cleaned up using coke, tinfoil, autosol, and a bit of fine sand paper then buffing on the hubs.
Came up pretty good and runs nice too .

Amazing resto. Nice to see all the original parts were salvaged.

still the same bars, although close up will reveal the deeper rust marks.

have put on new brake blocks, and will replace the grips and brake levers. the brake levers are awful, cant believe they came with it.

yeah , same bars . you can still see a deep rusty stain as they were pretty bad.

well pleased with finish though, just lost the writing on the shop purchase sticker on seat stem .

did you replace the tyres?
if not how did you get them clean?
did you strip it down or do it in situ?
i have just started cleaning up my mrd pro survivor but will be replacing one or two bits on it.
