Chorley pics - UPDATED WITH RACE REPORT

This is all I have of Chorley    Though do have a regional race report with pics in a magazine, though remember the pics being black and white and very 'dotty'...Also have Ribby in a magazine too.  Next time the mags are out I'll scan 'em on.

blimey  :o i did'nt remember Em tarmacin the start hill at chorley


i was the first uk rider to jump them doubles in a race at chorley

i followed THE Gary ellis over Em .... donkeys yonks ago

The first 3 pics will be from 84, it's when I was first starting out.  I never knew the 'superchute' as anything other than tarmac.

Even pic 4 will be late 84/early 85

 what a great looking track ,the only track i raced at with a down hill start was poole in dorset the best track on the southcoast

Nope...was pretty flat after that start hill

i never raced at the lords hill track kev i gave up before it was finished,would have needed a large lock for the bikes down there in the hood full of pikeys on that site
