Identify This Bike ?

I'm trying to identify this bike for a friend.







Has a serial number on the bottom tube where the crank goes.  E4F-17700

Someone here must know what it is ??  :idiot2:

Is that a cut out underneath the chainstay behind the BB I see in pic1 i.e. kickstand location, if it is then its a kack a poo poo not a goose, could be wrong though

the seat in pic 1 looks like its mounted so far back its destined to tip you off for some nut cracking action!

its my bike, lewi007 is helping me out. the seat is like that cus thats how i wanted it, and its white in one pic and blue in another cus its been resprayed, the white frame and forks pic is how i brought it at a vw show and the others are how its is now. but changing to yellow skyways which i have just con'd my partner in to buying. lol
