Gift payment on paypal how ?

Anybody know where the link is 4 Paying by gift on paypal ? Also how it works

click send money and it has two options use the personal bit
and i send as payment owed as no charges then .but you need to send your address as it doesnt send it with the payment
if that makes sense

this is a brilliant idea, i was getting so pissed off loosing money on all my work,

most pay me by gift now so it nice to see the full amount paid and not paypal

taking a cut as well
