yeah they didn't last long, but then they were up against the likes of Powell, Santa Cruz, Scmitt etc.

No wonder really, personall I would have rather had a Pacer than a Haro.

In my quiver:

Tony Hawk 7 ply
Joe Lopes Crystal Ball
Caballero mini bats
John Lucero X2
Zorlac Doublecut

And varying crap argos jobs.

The Lopes is the dogs doodads, especially on ramp, the Hawk is a tad clunky, wait a mo, I thought this was a bike forum, apologies, I'm getting way too carried away.

Hi all

I have been looking into a cousin of mine, Ben Liddell who was a boarder back in the 70's (I think he was a Pro).

Seeing as this thread is about boards, any help in the following. I remember him being pretty good and even had an engine on one of his boards (this is well pre Go-Ped ;) ).

I also presume this must of been a board that he designed / sold, the Ben Liddell Fresh Air, anyone ever heard of them, or have a picture?

http://middle-age-shred.co.uk/histories/chris_wise/

I saw him a couple of years ago and he is big in the VW scene, lives down West and is now a good surfer from what I gather.

Any help?

Cheers

J.
