Anyone been recently? What's it like? is it worth a visit?

Since I'm off the bike due to a busted knee for a week or so I'm going to plan a day away to this park as a treat once I is fully fit (if its worth venturing to). Its only 30mins up the road from me so seems like a possible option to go and see.
