couple of new builds

Got a few frames back from the chromers, and build them up - quite pleased with them.

They are a Kuwahara Laserlite (84) and a Redline Carrera gen 1.

The tech 3 lever is incorrectly positioned on the Kuwie - I have swapped it out wiht a tech 4 lever.

At last count, the built up Redlines are:

2 X Carrera gen 1
PL20
RL20
3 X RL20 II

Still to be built:

4 X Rl20 II
Carrera II

A fair bit I suppose. But the bike wouldnt be complete without them.

To be honest, the frame pad needs to be a PL-20 Carrera pad, but they are almost impossible to find.

What year are the Proline bars and what stamp do they have, they don't seem to have a lot of rake...   Nice choice of pedals, very classy :daumenhoch:

Kuwis not to bad either ;)

The bars are proline bars - they have got the early redline stamp (the oval one) on it.

Must be just the picture, great frame set, has it been rechromed, looks in fantastic condition. Any chance of seeing your other Proline?

Margque restore in Coventry. They did a good pretty good job. Welds are all still good. Fantastic shine on it.

To balance it out though - they took over 3 months to do it - 6 weeks to send me a quote for the work. Still, all worked out in the end.
