Rekka

I see Phils Rekka brand appeared in the disappeared thread.    Darren Clagget is still in touch with Phil out on Canada, and he's still busy engineering away. So there is the possibilty of some reissues if anyone would be interested?

I did think about just asking him to run up a dozen headset cups just for the hell of it, no midschool bike was complete without them......  ;)

Any interest out there?

There's a thread about 1 1/8" headset to 1" forks. George French sourced me some Rekka adaptor cups a few years ago, they were quality goods. Surely he'd make some money back on manufacturing more of them for the folks who want to set up and ride their bikes.

Anyone here know Dan Barnard?   He did an excellent job of flaring the headtube of his STA, that had a Rekka cup in it.......

The converter cups were cool. I used to sell plenty of them in my little shop.

i just had a thought   phil produced these pegs with the lug /lobe underneath to stop you mashing the dropouts and chainstay
but then builds hubs that are 16mm axles so you have to destroy the dropouts to use them   ???
