I got an 1984 Gt Performer blasted today. The guy said he would powder the bars and frame and forks in white for an extra £20.

I thought fook it. Went back an hour later..................it was the worst job i have ever seen!

Dont know weither to send it back tomorrow and ask him to do it again or just send it straight to the master Dan and swallow the cost.

I dare not post pics. Its embarrassing!

Nick i dunno how expensive or how long it takes Dan to knock em out, but i can recommend FHM Reader Mark. Had 3 bikes done of him now, a week turnaround and 60-70 to strip prep and paint with postage. Just a heads up

I have NEVER used anyone other than Dan. I have seen him perform before my eyes. Basically he is the DON and he puts so much effort into them to get us the results.

He obviously didnt powder the redline stem.
The pics dont really show. The powder is veiny a over and looks like it has dust particals in it. It is nice and flat all over but he has hardly done the drops!
Has pin point holes in all over in areas too.

Lads....i think you are missing one thing.

Dan is the man and always has been. It was always gonna go to him. All the bikes i have needed powdered have.

When he said £20 and done in an hour i thought fook it!

It wasnt really the money but the time it takes to post and all that crap. Dan has always been rapid on the turnaround time. Its always been done in 3 days.

Dan has agreed to sort it so once again.....................love you dan.

Anyway its only more good press for Dan as i will post pics of his results.
