use a flat head punch or extention bar if just cups   and knock the left one out by going through the right hand bb cup from insideout
hit it at 12 ,3 ,6 and 9 oclock until it pops out

Hi,
Would I use the same method to remove a US BB, including removal of the bearings. I was told by my LBS to use a rubber mallet to knock out the spindle, then place a long piece of wood (Similar in size to the spindle) through the holes on the BB and knock them through ???
