just stripped a tuff 2 alloy hubbed skyway   fronts are loose ball
and rears have the caged bearings are the caged ones just the replacement kits
at most general bike shops and are they ok to use

dan, ive never known a tuff to have caged bearings, apart from coasters

some fooker has just slung anything in there.

the replacement kits are loose ball!!
