Serial Numbers

Is there a specialist site or something that you can just type the serial number off a bike in, and it will tell you what company, model and year it was made in?

thats as good as your gonna get mate without the picture distorting

Looks like an Aero Pro/Aero X.... Little gusset near the heatube? oval tubing? Far east made i think. Some were chro-moly, you should be able to tell by the weld neatness.
