Right then, who asked for pics?

Thats about half hour ago just above my hip, had an ex-ray yesterday & three fractured ribs as well, not to mention the skin rash on my right arm & shoulder, bruised finger tips & a black fingernail.

Does anyone feel sorry for me yet?

No, well I feel sorry for me

Every one I talk just says I'm too old for this

I just want to get back in to the saddle & try again, maybe not at Harpenden yet, but deffo just want to get back on the bike

[Rant On] Re. Being too old - I keep getting loads of jip off mates saying I'm having a mid-life crisis because I'm getting into BMXing - I say b*gger them as I'm learning something different and enjoying it and why should you give up on stuff because you are out of your 20's!!! Bl00dy society limits itself and they wonder why everyone is turning into couch potatos!!! Grrrr [Rant off]

Hmmm, a bit of a blur, but jedi says I went over the bars about halfway down the 6/7' quarterpipe, I love the taste of concrete me

You should see my lid, if anyone wants to know why I/we wear them, then ask to see it, faily deep gouges on the side/back

Re being to old, to be honest the last few times I have crashed it has been plainly obvious that my body no longer has the ability to 'bounce back' like it used to
