2 questions-what is the easiest way to fit the redline flight sealed bearings into frame without mashing them up and how do you remove bearings out of cups again without damaging them??

I allways freeze my bearing for 20 minutes, grease the frame slightly then offer the bearings  up, a tap with a rubber mallet and bingo
