It reminds me of an early 90's Mongoose frame, I have seen those forks before too but no way is it a Holmes and as for the story, someone has a vivid imagination  :LolLolLolLol:

I think the forks are Tange Switch blades from the end of the 80's and very early 90's. I would bung a bas bis on for the forks and just to get a closer look at a rare Homezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz frame!  :LolLolLolLol:
