Hi All,

am going to have to get these re-spoked and was wandering if anyone knew what length to get? And where to get them from?

Cheers

184mm spokes will do the job.

Try cyclesportuk, they do 100 spokes and nipples for £10

OK. I have stripped the first set of spokes out of the wheel in the first pictures and they measure as follows-

Am i right in assuming that the '184mm' is from the bend in the spoke to the start of the thread?

Cheers

I believe if you hang the spoke over the end of the ruler and measure it. thats how you find the correct length. dont quote me though.

if laced 3 cross it should be 185mm and 195mm for 4 cross. from the pic I think its four cross which would support the 195mm you measured. so forget what I said in the previous line  :LolLolLolLol:

your sr are hubs are different. high flange front hub as above. low flange you will need to check as it will be slightly different

hope this helps

Hmm, All very confusing!! :-\ i want to order some spokes for all 4 wheels together to save on postage and also to try and get 100 of whatever size i need to suit the large flange and 50 of whatever i need to suit the small flange? (2 above and 2 that are ariving next week with the sr hubs and the same araya rims but no spokes.) My next questions are:

1) What is best 3 or 4 cross?
2) What were they in the first picture?
3) These are of a Diamond Back Silver streak that is a survivor so i would like to relace them as they were BITD?
