I just acquired (finally) a Loopy Ripper. Serial number 70219. Does that make it July 1980?

Also what colours did they originally come in?

I don't think you can date a Ripper from the serial number $:-\$ .

as for colours, anything you can imagine mate! ball burninshed, white, black, gold, red, lot's of blues, yellow etc etc....
