any ideas what this is .there is evidence that some bits have been ground of ie gusset and behind the bb on the chain stays
serial starts with j on left drop out

Looks like a Tange something or other 

Any clues from the serial number or close ups of the dropouts?

serial no is j3118586 and drops look like kuhey or aero pro type

yep id def say akisu as i have some forks like that akisu stamped

any picts as this must of had a large type gusset due to the marks on either side of the top and bottom tubes
