An interesting find story...
« on: January 12, 2008, 12:42 PM »
Me and the family went to stay with my parents for christmas , and I remembered about 8 years ago chucking an old Falcon Pro cruiser over their hedge into an old quarry - I knew nothing about restoring bikes back then. Anyway, Id often thought about it but always tought it was long buried under earth and brambles etc...
anyway my curiosity got the better of me - and after a bout 10 mins of walking thru the rubble, there under a ton of brambles was a handbar grip - Id found it!
Totally rusted parts, tho the frame and forks, bars and grips and poss brake  are saveable for sure - who'd have thought it eh?
Enjoy the pics! If Stig Of The Dump ever ot into bmx - he'd ride this...

grips and lever

headtube badge

sx pedals!

mx900 rear brake

1983 stamped droout!

big old cruiser bars!

I've had 2 or 3 of those Falcon Pro cruisers over the years....quite nice to ride they are.

Matt Elms had one off me and painted it in Candy Red - it looked great.
