I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

that pic is awesome.i watched the vid a few times when it was up on bikevideos but i've never seen that shot.to be honest it was my own fault.i was in lane 1 and asked if it was ok to move over to lane 2 as it was free and a better line into the first jump.lesson learned!!!6 weeks off sick.
got left in bath hospital with no money or phone but the o/s lads sorted all my gear out and loaded my car and teapot drove me back to guildford.then my mates dad came up on the train and drove the rest of the way.good days when o/s was underground and there was still the odd nos ripper here and there going for £50 eh kirk.haha.
was one of the last time i saw julian torker on a bike before he went to live the dream in the states.

Your right fella, I did get a nos looptail ripper for £50, along with a nos curtis freestyler as a "job lot" sold the freestyler to Retrogeezer for not a lot as we were all mates.

Do you remember the Slough races? I must scan the group photo from that as there are only five of us who raced,

Bob, Are you saying I look like that Captain Jack Sparrow geezer?  :2funny:
