Haha, good to see that the original old schooler's still remember me, at least we were all part of the old school resurgence in the late 90's/early 2000's.

To those people who say steer clear, well you joined the revolution too late and don't know the original old schoolers.  I do still have some stuff back home, but the rare stuff at 2002 prices has all gone.

As for me, I live in the former home town of Torker in Fullerton, SoCal and spend most of time Motocrossing (& running my UKBMX/Redditch Premiers race number from 1981), so if any member's of the 'Gentlemen's Club' are paying a visit to Disneyland, swing by as I'm only 10 minutes away.

Bren

As requested, here are my Torkers and some that I've had and passed on.

My Pro-X that I bought new in early 1984

My 280X that my friend raced at Warrington 2002.

My Torker 2 Freestyle

A candy red MX F & F I restored.

And a candy blue MX F & F.

If I showed the other bikes I've found out here, it would make you sick!!!!

Yeah, it was a nasty crash, I don't recommend rolling on the freeway at 65.  I still have some issues 9 months later with injuries (broken wrist, fractured pelvis, tore my chest muscle and hit my head pretty bad, but as the emergency crew and the doctors said, I really should be dead)

Well we did write the 10 commandments of the resurgence of Old School, at least I can say I got my first BMX in 1980 and when Alans' Warrington races first started I was back racing the bike I'd kept since I bought it new in 1984, so I guess I can rub it in with the newbs!!!!

When I wer a lad, I had Mitsuboshi Grippa's, Cycle Pro Snake Belly's, chain snakes, Moto-X Fox grips, made my own dice caps, wore JT wet weather gloves to school, and Kashimax Aero seats were considered too sharp so we swapped them for Elina's or Shot Guns, and finally we made our own rub on stickers from Fablon!!!  Those were the days....now where's my Horlicks & woodbines??????? ;)

Hell yeah, Fablon is the best, when I was racing the old school nationals, my numbers on my plate were all Fablon aided.  When I was a kid I used to make JT, Oakley, Fox, Aero, CW, Skyway, lightning bolts and sell them to all the Burner boys on my paper round!!!!
