Skyway frame and forks
« on: November 21, 2007, 03:20 PM »
i know its stupid to say about the infated prices recently but these are going for the £400 mark nearly everytime on the bay. Mental.  :idiot2: If they were chrome i would understand but  they are all repowdered frames!

I wonder why Skyways in particular are fetching top dough? Cant work it out.

Think everything is Nick, its going mental, not sure whether its just shortage of parts or whether there is more old schoolers around now starting to dip their toe in and building their first bikes? Who knows... all I do know is that its getting out of hand. Good for horders of TA's though  ;)

Prices are on the up generally but the Skyway TA seems to be gaining as much kudos as the Ripper so prices are going up as demand increases but supply doesn't.
