paypal the jokers
« on: November 12, 2007, 05:10 PM »
the outcome of that ripper i bought from that tosser heath mahaffrey was decided today and i get back £160 out of £430 . They say this is all that can be covered , Its a fooking disgrace. Some might say well its better than a kick in the bollocks, but this shouldnt happen, u should be covered by paypal, wheres the protection 4 the innocent , while this tosser has got away with this time and time again . Something has got to change drastically with ebay and paypal ,its just not on. He shouldnt be aloud to shut down accounts if there is anything outstanding ie, someone waiting 4 goods to be delivered. Just being chucked off ebay is not good enough, paypal have peoples bank accounts dont they? I also think there should be a set minimum limit of funds in a paypal account and that you cant just close it down or transfer if there are any open transactions

Paypal should hold the money until you recieve the goods and then transfer the cash over at that point. The scales are set totally in the sellers favour, and that is left for skanks to do some skankin. Sorry to hear bout your skank Wardy  :-[

Did you get this off ebay ?
The reason why I am asking is I am still waiting for paypal to get back to me on a similar auction I got stung on by heath.
This is the auction, and at the bottom of the page it says "PAYPAL : Up to $2,000 in buyer protection"
Did your page listing state this also?

Can`t a complaint be filed at his local police station over there, if there were enough filed on the same person surely he could be charged with fraud, and possibly given the electric chair  :daumenhoch:

I googled his actual name and found lots of threads on him.
it appears that his other half started accepting paypal payments for him after his paypal account was closed.....

this thread seems to have the most info ::::

Everyone who has been affected should contact the local police and the FBI.
If they can bang up a kid in the UK for pretending to sell stuff on ebay they can do this fooker.
