The 2 finest days of my life...

5th September 1981, bought my Puch Murray 342 for £95 quid. The Genisis of BMXing started here.




Then 23rd April 1983 I got all serious with a DB Silver Streak. Funny, but £200 quid was a lot in those days, I mean DB's aren't much dearer than that in Halfords nowadays.



Who said it doesn't pay to keep all your receipts??

so a puch murray lasted u like 2 years ?? Wow!! cant belive that ,,,, but the silverstreaks were the most desired bikes round my way bitd  ...

I loved my Silver Streak,i wish i hadnt sold that bike.Must buy another one,was gonna buy one off Lee PK but he must have had probs getting it from USA(i had the money there for ya dude).Spent it on a Ripper instead....next time  :'( Ah well  :smitten:
